📋 Description

• As an Onboarding Guide at Hello Hera Inc., you are the first point of contact for families referred by doctors, helping them navigate the complex journey into geriatric care management with clarity and compassion.
• You will convert referrals into active clients by guiding families through paperwork, insurance verification, scheduling, and technology setup, ensuring a seamless transition to their assigned Care Hero.
• You join a mission-driven, early-stage company transforming how families access care for aging parents, where your work directly reduces friction and builds trust during vulnerable moments.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare navigation, patient advocacy, and process improvement while shaping scalable onboarding systems that impact every future family served by Hera.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success, particularly with older adults or their families
• Strong phone presence and follow-through skills to build trust and ensure no details are missed
• Tech-savviness with ability to guide users through digital tools like e-forms, telehealth platforms, and document uploads
• Self-directed mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where processes are still being defined
