- • As an Onboarding Manager at Tapcheck, you will lead clients through the complete onboarding journey from sales handoff to post-launch stability, ensuring accurate platform configuration, timely go-lives, and seamless transitions to support teams—directly impacting customer success and product adoption in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- • You will own a book of business, serving as the primary technical and operational point of contact for clients, aligning expectations, managing timelines, troubleshooting integrations with payroll/timekeeping systems, validating data flows, and resolving issues within the first 30 days post-go-live to ensure predictable activations and high client satisfaction.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and third-party vendors (including service bureaus and payroll providers) to remove blockers, refine configurations, and contribute to the evolution of Tapcheck’s onboarding platform, OnRamp, by designing scalable, automated workflows using conditional logic and UX/UI principles.
- • You will maintain and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and onboarding tooling in tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and Lucidchart, while leveraging strong Excel skills to audit data accuracy, deductions, and sync behaviors across systems.
- • You will operate in a remote-friendly role with hybrid expectations for those near Plano, TX (required in-office Tue–Thu), contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on financial wellness, where your work directly reduces reliance on predatory lending by enabling early wage access for employees.
- • You will grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS onboarding, HRIS/payroll integrations, and client-facing technical delivery, gaining experience in process optimization, cross-functional leadership, and product feedback loops that shape Tapcheck’s platform reliability and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, account management, or a similar client-facing technical role, with enterprise experience preferred for senior-level consideration.
- • Strong familiarity with payroll, timekeeping, HRIS, or financial data integrations, including the ability to troubleshoot data-flow issues and validate critical sync behaviors post-launch.
- • High proficiency in Salesforce, documentation tools (Confluence, Lucidchart), and Excel, combined with strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented mindset, and proven ability to independently manage a pipeline of accounts while maintaining organization and accountability.
- • Experience with workflow logic, if/then conditions, or platform configuration (e.g., OnRamp or similar systems) is a plus, demonstrating comfort with UX/UI logic and process design.
- • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong ownership, humility, grit, and a commitment to continuous improvement aligned with Tapcheck’s core values.
