📋 Description

• The Onboarding Specialist will grow ExactCare’s patient base throughout the United States by promoting and educating patients on medication management solutions through phone-based assessments and registration, playing a key role in expanding access to comprehensive pharmacy care for individuals with complex, chronic needs.
• Day to day, the Specialist conducts health and medication reviews, enters prescription data accurately, schedules and follows up on patient calls, educates patients and facilities about ExactCare services, maintains records, participates in team huddles and training, and embodies company values in all interactions.
• ExactCare Pharmacy, Inc., part of AnewHealth, is a nation-leading pharmacy care management company formed in 2023 from the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, serving over 100,000 patients across all 50 states with a team of 1,400+ members focused on improving outcomes for complex chronic care patients.
• In this role, the person will develop strong patient engagement and healthcare communication skills, gain expertise in medication management systems, contribute to measurable business growth through onboarding metrics, and build a foundation for advancement in healthcare operations, pharmacy services, or patient advocacy roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Energetic and compassionate phone skills required
• Highly motivational with persuasion skills
• Team oriented with ability to help others succeed
• Very organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent multitasking ability
• Self-starter requiring little to no supervision
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation)
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Passion to help people and enrich their lives
