- • Onboard new and existing restaurant partners to ezCater’s platform using the Guided Onboarding tool and automation systems to translate data into live restaurant profiles.
- • Evaluate inbound restaurant applications to ensure they meet ezCater’s onboarding requirements and qualify for platform participation.
- • Communicate directly with restaurant partners via phone and email to guide them through account setup, explain process standards, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- • Build and maintain accurate restaurant profiles within ezCater’s homegrown system, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured for successful order fulfillment.
- • Review and validate the output of account automation tools to ensure data integrity and consistency across partner accounts.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align on onboarding priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and support large-scale restaurant rollouts.
- • Uphold and explain the rationale behind ezCater’s onboarding requirements to both internal teams and external restaurant partners.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple work streams simultaneously while adhering to SLAs and competing stakeholder demands.
- • Identify, test, and support the implementation of process and tool improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in onboarding workflows.
- • Actively provide feedback to improve team systems, tools, and procedures, contributing to a culture of continuous iteration and innovation.
- • Maintain high attention to detail across all tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, documentation, and partner communications.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ambiguous situations, and evolving processes with a solution-oriented mindset.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload of varied tasks with consistent quality and timeliness.
- • Participate in quarterly team gatherings and Together Weeks, with up to 5 days of travel required per quarter when applicable.

- • Confident communicator comfortable explaining processes and standards to restaurant partners and internal teams
- • Tech-knowledgeable with experience using technical services and platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- • Adaptable and inquisitive problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- • Ability to prioritize and juggle high-volume, varied tasks with ease
- • Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events and gatherings
