📋 Description
- • Recruit and onboard new partners into the Nexus Partnership Program, targeting bloggers, businesses, and publications within the mission-driven sector.
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with 500+ existing partners through regular Zoom check-ins and ongoing engagement.
- • Conduct quarterly partner calls to assess audience demographics, content goals, and collaboration priorities to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- • Coordinate and facilitate cross-marketing collaborations including blog exchanges, webinars, podcasts, and digital PR initiatives between partners and Nexus clients.
- • Connect partners with one another and with Nexus clients to create mutually beneficial, high-value opportunities that enhance organic and AI search visibility.
- • Deliver a consistent, professional, and well-organized partner experience to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates across the network.
- • Track and report on partner engagement metrics, activity outcomes, and overall network health to inform strategic growth decisions.
- • Collaborate with internal content, SEO, and account teams to ensure partners receive high-quality deliverables and aligned messaging.
- • Identify opportunities to expand the partnership network and deepen the value proposition for existing partners.
- • Represent Nexus professionally in all external communications, maintaining brand integrity and fostering trust with external stakeholders.
- • Manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously with high organizational precision and attention to detail.
- • Work within US Eastern Time business hours (8–9 am to 5–6 pm EST) to enable real-time collaboration with US-based teams and partners.
- • Support the growth of the Nexus Partnership Program by contributing to outreach strategies, relationship frameworks, and partner retention initiatives.
- • Contribute to the mission of empowering nonprofits and mission-driven organizations through impactful digital PR and partnership development.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving processes, systems, and priorities as a member of a fast-growing, self-funded company with a dynamic operational environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and graveyard shift aligned with US Eastern Time (8–9 am to 5–6 pm EST)
- • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport and conduct professional conversations over Zoom
- • Outgoing, extroverted communicator who genuinely enjoys meeting people and cultivating relationships
- • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field with an outstanding General Weighted Average
- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously
- • Background in offsite SEO, online PR, digital PR, or backlink building is a major plus
