- • Lead end-to-end execution of complex operational programs, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations.
- • Establish and evolve governance frameworks to enable clear oversight, decision-making, and accountability across clinical, technology, and operations teams.
- • Translate operational, claims, and performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy and improve business outcomes.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance scalability of processes.
- • Proactively identify operational risks and lead cross-functional resolution efforts, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- • Partner with clinical, IT, and operations teams to implement new processes and tools, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with business goals.
- • Oversee reporting strategy and delivery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and value for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- • Support client and stakeholder engagement through high-quality deliverables and clear, effective communication of complex information.
- • Lead special projects and enterprise-wide initiatives that advance operational excellence and align with core business priorities.
- • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and measurable outcomes.
- • Ensure all remote work complies with required internet specifications: cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10 or more years of experience in operations, program or project management, process improvement, data analysis, or a related field
- • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis
- • Experience building governance structures and managing operational performance
- • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a focus on results
