📋 Description

• As an Operations AI Engineer (Contract) at Front Careers LLC, you will design and ship production-grade multi-step AI workflows that automate complex go-to-market (GTM) processes, enabling sales, customer success, marketing, and RevOps teams to operate more efficiently through intelligent agentic systems.
• Day to day, you will translate business requirements into robust agent architectures, build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, integrate with Salesforce and Snowflake via APIs, implement security and reliability patterns, and deliver through agile review gates from development to production.
• You will partner directly with the GTM Systems Director and collaborate with IT/Security and Data Engineering teams to ensure production readiness, observability, and alignment on infrastructure and access controls.
• This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end agent architecture, gain deep experience in production AI systems, and potentially transition to a full-time position based on performance, all within a high-trust, high-autonomy environment at a recognized leader in workplace excellence.
