• • As an Operations Analyst at CLEAResult, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to drive a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by ensuring the smooth internal delivery of programs and projects through data-driven insights and process optimization.
• • You will contribute to a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and transparency, where your analytical work directly supports operational excellence and continuous improvement across teams.
• • Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods.
• • Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• • Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress.
• • Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and usability.
• • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, performance tracking, and compliance requirements.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations that support program success and operational decision-making.

• • The Operations team is internal-facing but frequently engages with clients, customers, and trade allies, serving as a vital backbone for program delivery and operational consistency.
• • You will develop advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query while gaining deep exposure to energy efficiency program operations, data governance, and process improvement methodologies.
