📋 Description

• As an Operations Analyst within the Product Service Division at SBD, Inc. (Stanley Black & Decker), you will drive operational excellence by designing and implementing standard operating procedures, supporting strategic projects, delivering training, optimizing workflows, conducting financial analysis, and managing order processing and fulfillment—all as a remote team member contributing to globally recognized brands like DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY.
• Day to day, you will design and implement SOPs to boost productivity, support project planning and execution, train team members on operational best practices, develop efficient workflows for decision-making, enhance training programs with refined tools and procedures, conduct financial analysis and reporting, and optimize order processing and fulfillment cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP/TCIC systems is preferred
• Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
