Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• • As an Operations Analyst at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will own the data structure of the sales organisation in the data warehouse, building analytical models and automation that enable faster decision-making and delivering insights under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and evolving sales schemas in the data warehouse, ensuring data quality and accessibility, working closely with Data Engineering on data models and pipelines, independently leading data analytics and modelling focused on New Business MRR, and building internal tools and automations using platforms like Make, Zapier, or Cowork to reduce manual effort.
• • DocPlanner Group is the world’s largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, and MioDottore, with a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives by simplifying daily tasks for healthcare providers so they can focus on patient care.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in data warehouse schema design, business and financial modelling, machine learning applications (including XGBoost and clustering), AI-assisted analysis, and workflow automation, while gaining experience in a global, agile environment where your insights directly impact New Business MRR and support scalable, data-driven growth.
