📋 Description

• • The Operations and Maintenance Technician – Power BI & Power Platform Support role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, monitoring, and sustainment of Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform solutions in an enterprise environment, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support for Power BI and Power Platform solutions, monitoring system health and performance, troubleshooting refresh failures and gateway connectivity issues, supporting production deployments, administering workspaces and environments, managing user access and licenses, performing routine maintenance activities, enforcing governance and security controls, responding to service tickets per SLAs, and documenting incidents and resolutions in knowledge bases.
