📋 Description
- • As an Operations Associate at Verse Medical, you will play a key role in delivering hospital-quality care to patients at home by coordinating with patients, healthcare partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working with clinics, supply partners, insurance companies, and patients to ensure timely care delivery, troubleshooting issues that arise during care coordination, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal operations, customer service, and customer success teams to resolve high-urgency issues.
- • Verse Medical is a well-funded Series C healthcare technology company backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures, building modern software infrastructure to connect providers, payors, and patients and eliminate outdated systems like faxes and phone tag.
- • In this role, you will gain deep insight into the healthcare industry, learn how different components of the care delivery system integrate, and develop expertise in care coordination while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on equity and innovation.
