- • Manage panel administration across lender and regulatory platforms, including new panel applications, account setup, and ongoing compliance maintenance.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries, managing the compliance inbox and escalating complex issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- • Support key regulatory and accreditation processes such as CQS renewals, DBS checks, and SRA practising certificate administration.
- • Oversee mandatory training compliance by onboarding new employees to training platforms and monitoring completion rates across the business.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
- • Collaborate with the Operations Team, Directors, and Consultants to ensure seamless integration of compliance workflows into daily operations.
- • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in compliance and operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Coordinate with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, panel providers, and third-party service providers to uphold firm accreditations.
- • Ensure all compliance-related deadlines are met with precision and proactively anticipate upcoming requirements to avoid lapses.
- • Support the implementation and refinement of knowledge management systems to improve accessibility and accuracy of compliance information.
- • Handle sensitive client and employee data with strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
- • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit materials, ensuring all records are complete, organized, and readily available.
- • Contribute to the onboarding process for new joiners by facilitating compliance training access and tracking mandatory completion.
- • Maintain awareness of evolving legal and regulatory requirements affecting panel memberships and firm accreditations.
- • Work in a hybrid model with three days per week on-site in Poole, ensuring consistent presence for team collaboration and operational tasks.
- • Demonstrate ownership of compliance workflows by independently resolving routine issues and escalating only when necessary.
- • Use multiple internal and external systems, databases, and online platforms to manage compliance data and reporting.
- • Promote a culture of compliance awareness across the organisation through clear communication and proactive support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working within a law firm, professional services organisation, or regulated environment
- • Previous experience in an operational, compliance, administration, or support function
- • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage sensitive information accurately
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • A methodical and detail-focused approach to compliance and record keeping
- • Confidence using multiple systems, databases, and online platforms
