- • The Operations Associate for Binance Pay & Card plays a critical role in supporting the seamless operation of Binance’s payment and card services across Asia, ensuring reliable, secure, and user-friendly financial solutions for millions of users.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring transaction flows, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, maintaining service level agreements, supporting user onboarding and KYC processes, and assisting in the rollout of new payment features and card products.
- • The role sits within Binance’s global Payments & Card division, a fast-paced, innovation-driven team focused on expanding access to crypto-powered financial services through strategic partnerships and localized product adaptations.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to blockchain-based payment systems, fintech operations, regulatory compliance in digital assets, and scalable product launches — building expertise that bridges traditional finance and Web3 innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- • 1–2 years of experience in operations, payments, fintech, or customer support within a tech or financial services environment
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across global teams
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive, ownership-minded attitude
- • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or digital payment systems is a plus
