- • Visit newly onboarded automotive repair shops across the UK to onboard them onto the Partly platform and ensure active usage from day one.
- • Conduct in-person field visits to repair shops, building trust and rapport with shop owners, parts managers, and technicians.
- • Identify and diagnose barriers preventing repairers from placing orders through the Partly platform, then implement solutions to remove those obstacles.
- • Provide hands-on guidance to repair shops on how to optimise and streamline their parts procurement process using the Partly system.
- • Track and report on repairer activity levels, engagement metrics, and adoption trends to inform product and onboarding improvements.
- • Serve as the primary human face of Partly in the field, representing the company with professionalism, empathy, and authenticity.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, pain points, and operational insights that shape product development and customer support.
- • Complete a structured 1-2 week training program in the London office before transitioning to field-based work across your assigned UK region.
- • Maintain a flexible schedule with the majority of time spent on the road visiting customers, requiring consistent mobility and self-direction.
- • Document interactions, outcomes, and key learnings from each shop visit to ensure consistent follow-up and continuous improvement.
- • Actively participate in the UK Partly Repairer Ambassador Programme, a 3-month full-time internship designed to deliver real responsibility and measurable impact.
- • Contribute to the growth of Partly’s platform by directly influencing repairer adoption rates and user experience through frontline engagement.
- • Represent Partly’s mission to connect the world’s parts by transforming fragmented, manual processes into efficient, digital workflows.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with team goals and company standards.
- • Demonstrate initiative in solving problems on the ground without waiting for direction, adapting quickly to local shop dynamics and customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Recent graduate from university or mechanical/engineering HND/apprenticeship programme
- • Valid full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (strongly preferred)
- • Comfortable spending most of the week on the road visiting automotive repair shops
- • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with automotive professionals in hands-on environments
- • Self-directed, organised, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
- • Demonstrated curiosity about automotive industry practices, terminology, or environments (e.g., personal vehicle maintenance, motorsport, workshop experience)
