• • As an Operations Associate (Legal & Compliance), you will be instrumental in safeguarding Jerry.ai's operations and brand integrity. Your responsibilities will span critical areas, ensuring our corporate governance is impeccable and our intellectual property is fiercely protected. You will be the primary point person for maintaining the "Good Standing" status of our corporate entities across the United States and Canada, meticulously handling all required reports and state-specific requests with autonomy. This involves a deep understanding of corporate compliance requirements and the ability to manage these tasks proactively and independently.
• • Protecting our brand is a core function of this role. You will actively monitor our intellectual property landscape, identifying and addressing any potential infringements. This includes the responsibility for drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows, ensuring our brand assets are secure and our market position is defended.
