  • • Own and maintain the daily backend operations for a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant franchise with 7 locations and 10+ launching within 12–18 months, managing tools including Toast POS, Super Order, Opus LMS, Appfront Loyalty, Customer.io, and ClickUp.
  • • Review daily opening checklists submitted by each location, monitoring fryer oil quality, station readiness, and equipment status, and flagging anomalies to franchisees in real time to ensure compliance and safety standards.
  • • Manage inventory data submissions across all locations, identifying missing or inconsistent entries, following up with site managers, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting for leadership.
  • • Build, update, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations to codify best practices across all restaurant locations.
  • • Syndicate, collect, and process weekly employee feedback forms, chasing incomplete submissions and transforming raw inputs into structured, clean reports for executive review.
  • • Manage backend listings, menu accuracy, pricing, and operational settings across delivery platforms including Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other third-party channels to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • • Perform light social media monitoring and response on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using AI-assisted workflows to maintain brand voice and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in workflows, proposing scalable solutions, and implementing process enhancements as the brand scales from 7 to 17+ locations.
  • • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, inbox triage, meeting note documentation, follow-up tracking, ClickUp action item updates, and priority tracking.
  • • Execute light research tasks and special projects as requested by leadership, including operational data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and onboarding documentation for new franchise locations.
  • • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all operational systems by validating inputs, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining centralized repositories of forms, checklists, and workflows.
  • • Act as the central point of communication between corporate and multi-location teams, ensuring alignment on operational standards, reporting timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • • Adapt quickly to new software tools, platforms, and processes, including POS systems, inventory trackers, learning management systems, and delivery platform dashboards.
  • • Communicate clearly and professionally across remote teams and franchisees through written correspondence, ensuring alignment and minimizing operational friction.
  • • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in daily operations, escalating urgent issues and proposing actionable improvements without waiting for direction.
  • • Contribute to the expansion strategy by documenting workflows for new location onboarding and helping to standardize operational frameworks ahead of market growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluent English at C1/C2 level (written and spoken)
  • • 1–3+ years in operations, account management, or coordination roles at a fast-paced company
  • • Experience working with multi-location, multi-account, or franchise portfolios (e.g., food delivery operators, consultancies, or marketplace operators)
  • • Strong fluency with operational tools and project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • • Comfort learning new tools quickly, including POS systems, inventory management, LMS, and delivery platforms
  • • Strong written communication skills for cross-team and cross-location coordination
  • • Proactive problem-solver comfortable flagging issues and proposing solutions, not just executing tickets
