📋 Description

• • The Operations Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations by managing workflows, maintaining records, monitoring KPIs, and serving as a bridge between departments, creating clarity and efficiency in organizational functioning.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking workflows across finance, HR, customer service, logistics, and IT; ensuring tasks are completed on schedule per SOPs; escalating bottlenecks; maintaining operational databases and dashboards; generating weekly/monthly KPI reports; updating SOPs and process maps; organizing digital files; managing vendor communication and SLA compliance; coordinating cross-departmental projects; supporting leadership with ad hoc operational tasks; and ensuring compliance with quality standards through accurate audit logs.
• • The role operates within a remote-first structure aligned to U.S. client business hours, supporting a client organization focused on operational excellence through structured processes, data-driven oversight, and cross-functional alignment.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in operational workflow management, KPI tracking and reporting, process documentation and improvement, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination—gaining hands-on experience with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization platforms while building a foundation for advancement into operations management or business analysis roles.
