- • Operations Counsel serving as a field-facing legal leader embedded with operations teams to ensure consistent adoption of enterprise legal and compliance standards across ambulatory surgery centers
- • Partnering with ASC leadership and field operations to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance, supporting growth initiatives, and enabling scalable, low-friction execution
- • Joining Compass Surgical Partners, a national leader in ambulatory surgery center development and management with over 250 ASCs built, focused on high-performance partnerships with health systems and physicians
- • Opportunity to drive operational clarity, reduce risk and variability, and build scalable contracting frameworks while working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, IT/Data Security, and Finance teams
