  • • As the Operations & Customer Service Support specialist at Agent Inc., you will serve as the essential operational backbone for a high-growth sign installation company that executes national brand projects for household names like McDonald's, Texas Roadhouse, and Whataburger. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between corporate clients, field crews, and internal teams, directly impacting project delivery timelines and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • • You will manage high-volume email correspondence, act as the primary liaison between national sign companies and internal teams, coordinate field crew logistics, maintain real-time job boards, oversee post-project documentation for billing, and support the development of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to scale operations efficiently—all while working within a proactive, small-team culture that values initiative and ownership.
  • • The team at Agent Inc. operates as a tight-knit, agile unit based in Denver, Colorado, but fully remote for Latin American talent, where every member contributes across functions to support large-scale signage rollouts. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager, Design team, and Install Manager to eliminate communication gaps and ensure field teams are fully prepared with accurate, timely information before arriving on-site.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced operational coordination skills, gain hands-on experience in process improvement and SOP creation, deepen your expertise in client-facing communication for national brands, and build a portfolio of scalable administrative systems—positioning you for growth into operations management, project coordination, or client services leadership within growing service and construction industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or high-level customer service
  • • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for corporate client correspondence
  • • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets), Dropbox, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for drafting and refining communications
