Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the financial heartbeat of a $1B+ division at Greenheck Group, the global leader in air movement and ventilation. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance, translating numbers into decisive actions that shape the future of commercial HVAC.
- • Lead the annual target-setting and budgeting process for multiple business units, partnering with plant managers, supply-chain leaders, and executive teams to set aggressive yet achievable goals that drive double-digit growth and margin expansion.
- • Directly manage a high-performing team of division controllers while providing dotted-line leadership to the broader operations-finance community across Schofield and satellite facilities. Your coaching will turn analysts into business partners and controllers into future directors.
- • Build and continuously refine a KPI-driven financial framework that surfaces real-time insights on throughput, scrap, labor productivity, inventory turns, and working-capital velocity. Replace static reports with dynamic dashboards that enable plant leaders to act before variances become losses.
- • Own the monthly forecasting cadence, ensuring that every forecast is grounded in operational reality and supported by scenario models that quantify upside and downside risk. Present findings to the CFO and COO with clear recommendations on pricing, sourcing, and capital allocation.
- • Drive large-scale continuous-improvement initiatives that leverage Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, and robotic-process automation to eliminate non-value-added reporting, shorten month-end close, and free your team for higher-order analysis.
- • Serve as the financial conscience for capital projects up to $50M, building ROI models, sensitivity analyses, and post-audit reviews that validate assumptions and ensure every dollar invested yields measurable returns in capacity, quality, or cost reduction.
- • Partner with operations to design and implement activity-based costing models that reveal true product and customer profitability, enabling strategic decisions on mix, pricing, and market focus.
- • Act as the key finance liaison during Lean/Six-Sigma events, translating waste-reduction goals into financial targets and tracking savings to the bottom line. Celebrate wins and embed a culture of data-driven problem solving.
- • Champion change-management efforts across finance and operations, challenging legacy processes and advocating for innovative solutions that position Greenheck Group as the digital pacesetter in the HVAC industry.
- • Prepare board-level presentations that distill complex operational data into concise narratives, equipping executives with the insights needed to steer the company through market volatility and supply-chain disruption.
- • Foster a culture of ethical leadership, compliance, and internal control, ensuring SOX readiness and safeguarding company assets while enabling speed and agility in decision making.
