📋 Description

• Operations Generalist-L2 at Aspora, Inc. is a hands-on role focused on ensuring reliable, scalable remittance operations across global corridors by monitoring payment flows, investigating exceptions, and improving workflows using data and automation.
• Day to day, the person will run and monitor remittance workflows (pay-in, payout, KYC/RFI, refunds, disputes, reconciliations), investigate anomalies using SQL and dashboards, coordinate with internal and external teams on issue resolution, maintain runbooks and exception handling, and support new corridor launches by testing readiness and documenting learnings.
• Aspora is a fast-growing fintech company building a borderless financial operating system, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator, with a culture of extreme ownership, radical candor, and customer-obsessed innovation across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US.
• In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in fintech operations, gain hands-on experience with AI-assisted automation and data-driven issue resolution, and grow into an independent operations owner capable of managing broader workflows, partners, or corridors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, wallet, or transaction-heavy operations
• Working knowledge of payment operations including pay-ins, payouts, settlements, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, KYC/RFI, and partner escalations
• Required SQL skills to query transaction-level data, validate dashboard signals, and investigate operational issues
