• • This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining the operational integrity of our verification sites, ensuring that our unique technology, the Orb, is deployed effectively and reliably across your designated region.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and servicing of Orbs at both new and existing verification locations, guaranteeing that each site is fully operational and ready for our Orb Operators.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve ensuring that all sites meet stringent launch-readiness standards, encompassing critical elements such as adequate power supply, stable internet connectivity, appropriate signage, and adherence to safety protocols.
• • You will play a crucial role in training Orb Operators and store associates, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively operate the Orb and troubleshoot common technical issues, thereby fostering a self-sufficient and efficient local operational capability.
• • Collaboration with logistics teams will be essential for the efficient receiving and shipping of hardware, ensuring a seamless supply chain for our operational needs.
• • You will conduct regular site audits to maintain high standards of performance and assist in the execution of ongoing maintenance and servicing routines, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• • Clear and timely communication will be paramount; you will be expected to provide prompt status updates and detailed escalation reports to both the headquarters and your direct Manager, ensuring alignment and rapid problem resolution.
• • This position is inherently hands-on and travel-intensive, requiring a significant commitment to being on the ground, building, fixing, and problem-solving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• • Your work will directly support the growth of World ID, a system designed to provide a trusted way to confirm humanness while preserving privacy, and the World App, which enables and distributes new applications built on this foundational technology.
