  • • Nelly.com Sverige AB is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Operations Manager specializing in Logistics and Devices to join our dynamic Customer Success team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all physical touchpoints within our innovative AI-enabled fintech for healthcare. You will be instrumental in managing everything from customer hardware and rental devices to internal IT equipment and general office logistics, ensuring reliability and efficiency at every step.
  • • As the Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end logistics processes for our hardware and devices. This encompasses the entire lifecycle, starting from the initial ordering and configuration of equipment such as microphones, tablets, and card terminals. Your responsibilities will extend to the meticulous preparation, secure shipping, diligent tracking, and comprehensive lifecycle management of all customer-facing and internal devices. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining the flow of essential equipment that underpins our service delivery.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve coordinating the setup, ongoing maintenance, necessary repairs, and timely replacements of all devices. You will conduct quality checks to guarantee that both customer and internal equipment are always in optimal working condition, thereby ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. This includes managing the inventory and condition of hardware deployed to our partner practices and used internally.
  • • You will be the primary owner and operator of our microphone rental system. This involves ensuring its scalability to meet growing demand, optimizing its efficiency for rapid deployment and retrieval, and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience throughout the rental process. This system is critical for our service offering, and its smooth functioning is paramount.
  • • The physical movement of goods is a significant part of this role. You will be responsible for the preparation, careful packing, dispatch, and tracking of outgoing and incoming parcels. This includes managing the entire returns and exchanges process for both our valued customers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution.
  • • Collaboration with our logistics and shipping partners will be essential. You will work closely with these external providers to guarantee timely, reliable, and cost-effective deliveries across all operations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with these partners will be key to achieving operational excellence.
  • • A continuous improvement mindset is crucial. You will be tasked with continuously optimizing our packaging processes and the overall shipping experience. The goal is to enhance the quality of our shipments, increase operational efficiency, and positively reinforce our brand perception through professional and reliable delivery.
  • • Beyond hardware logistics, you will also manage general office logistics and supplies. This includes ensuring an adequate stock of packaging materials, maintaining office printers and their consumables, and overseeing other essential supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment.
  • • Furthermore, you will own the end-to-end printing process. This involves the preparation of materials for printing, coordinating the shipment of printed items, and tracking their delivery. This ensures that all necessary printed collateral and documentation reach their destinations efficiently.
  • • Ultimately, your overarching responsibility is to ensure seamless operational workflows across all hardware, logistics, and office management functions. You will be the central point of contact for ensuring that the physical infrastructure and logistical processes supporting our business run like a well-oiled machine, allowing our tech and customer success teams to focus on innovation and client support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar hands-on role, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • • Technical affinity and confidence working with a variety of hardware (computers, printers, mobile devices) and digital tools, including proficiency with Google Workspace and other relevant software for coordination, documentation, and tracking.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills with a highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple simultaneous operational tasks and ensuring accuracy.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and solution-orientedly with partner practices, particularly in German.
  • • Fluency in both German and English (C1 level or higher) is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • • Physical readiness and a willingness to actively participate in organizing, transporting, and handling hardware devices and parcels as part of daily operational duties.
