📋 Description

• Manage daily warehouse operations for a global eCommerce logistics provider serving top brands on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Oversee the efficient movement of 60 million units annually through the Bethlehem, PA warehouse facility.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates during Sunday-Wednesday night shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and transportation teams to maintain accurate order fulfillment timelines and minimize delays.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to support rapid growth and scalability of operations across Pattern’s global network.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety protocols during shift operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to warehouse supervisors and team leads under your supervision.
• Track key operational metrics including order accuracy, cycle times, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with inventory control and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Respond to operational emergencies or bottlenecks during shift, making real-time decisions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Implement process improvements based on data insights and team feedback to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Maintain clear communication with headquarters and other global warehouse locations to align on operational standards and reporting.
• Prepare daily shift reports summarizing output, incidents, staffing, and equipment status for upper management review.
• Train new warehouse supervisors and team members on standard operating procedures and company systems.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and reported for repair or replacement as needed.
• Uphold company culture and values by fostering a safe, respectful, and high-performance work environment during night shift operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations in a high-volume fulfillment environment
• Proven ability to lead teams during night shift schedules (7am–5:30pm)
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Experience tracking and improving operational KPIs such as order accuracy and cycle time
