- • Lead a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and operational sites across the Western Region of Ireland for Avantor’s Lab & Production Services (LPS) division.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure service alignment and long-term partnership growth.
- • Drive operational performance by managing KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent adherence to customer service standards across all sites.
- • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Material Handlers and Lab associates, overseeing day-to-day task coordination and performance management.
- • Support tender processes, contract renewals, and business development initiatives to expand the managed services portfolio in Ireland.
- • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and introduce new service offerings tailored to client needs.
- • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and training standards across all customer sites under your responsibility.
- • Play a key role in shaping the future growth and strategic direction of Avantor’s managed services business in Ireland.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of LPS Ireland to align operational execution with broader business objectives and innovation goals.
- • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across all customer operations, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service delivery.
- • Travel throughout Ireland to visit customer sites, conduct site audits, and provide on-site leadership and support to field teams.
- • Maintain commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities and service enhancements.
- • Influence stakeholders at all levels with strong communication, leadership, and credibility-building skills to drive operational excellence.
- • Represent Avantor as a trusted operational partner within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and laboratory services sectors.

- • Experience leading teams within an operational, customer-facing, or service delivery environment
- • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
- • Experience managing KPIs and operational performance metrics
- • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills
