- • Reports directly to the President of Allegiance and serves as a trusted advisor, integrator, and execution partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring alignment on priorities and consistent execution against business strategy.
- • Designs, implements, and runs the Allegiance management operating system, including annual and multi-year planning, goal-setting, KPIs, operating reviews, and executive forums; translates strategic priorities into actionable plans and management rhythms that drive results.
- • Partners with Finance, HR, and other enabling functions to align strategy, financial assumptions, workforce plans, and performance outcomes; leads or activates cross-business initiatives requiring executive-level coordination, particularly in early or ambiguous phases.
- • Acts as a unifying force across the Allegiance ELT, driving clarity on roles, decision rights, and handoffs; facilitates cross-functional problem solving and resolves friction that impedes execution.
- • Represents the President and Allegiance in select enterprise forums, initiatives, and discussions; coordinates key leadership engagements, market visits, and strategic sessions to maximize impact.
- • Embodies executive gravitas and influence, systems and strategic thinking, operational discipline, collaboration and orchestration, comfort with ambiguity, communication excellence, and judgment and integrity.
- • Requires 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles, including 5+ years of direct people leadership; healthcare or complex, regulated industry experience preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school or GED required.
