- • As an Operations Specialist at CLEAResult, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of energy efficiency programs that advance a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral future. This position ensures seamless internal and external program operations by managing workflows, data, and coordination—directly contributing to the company’s mission of creating a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and transparency.
- • You will provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including managing communications, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure timely and compliant program delivery.
- • You will manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, verifying accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- • You will navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant execution, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
- • You will review and interpret existing data reports to derive actionable insights, supporting operations leadership with data-driven recommendations for process optimization and performance tracking.
- • You will assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance monitoring, ensuring data is collected, cleaned, and formatted correctly for reporting purposes.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate meetings, track action items, and support team coordination, helping to align efforts across departments and external stakeholders.
- • You will contribute to process definition and improvement initiatives by documenting procedures, suggesting enhancements, and helping implement best practices that increase operational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in operations, program support, data management, or a related field.
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
