- • Latitude Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting critical federal financial system integrations and interagency transaction processing. This is a full-time, remote position that requires an active Secret Clearance, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of federal agencies.
- • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be instrumental in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS modules, with a specific focus on aligning these systems with the stringent requirements of U.S. Treasury Invoicing. Your deep understanding of federal financial processes, the intricacies of interagency agreements, and the critical role Oracle EBS plays in interfacing with Treasury systems will be paramount. You will ensure compliance, foster transparency, and maintain audit readiness across all financial operations.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the functional lead for Oracle EBS financial modules, specifically those supporting Invoicing integration. This involves taking ownership of the entire functional lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support. You will lead dynamic sessions with federal stakeholders, meticulously translating their complex business needs into effective and efficient Oracle EBS configurations. This requires not only technical acumen but also strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse teams.
- • The scope of your work will encompass the configuration and support of key Oracle EBS financial modules, including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Purchasing (PO). Depending on project needs, your expertise may also extend to the Projects (PA) module. A core aspect of your role will be to meticulously ensure that all configurations and processes adhere strictly to federal financial standards, U.S. Treasury mandates, and rigorous audit requirements. This demands a proactive approach to staying abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in federal finance.
- • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), detailed configuration documentation, and robust testing plans. These documents will serve as the blueprint for system changes and enhancements, ensuring clarity and consistency. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our technical teams, providing essential functional guidance to support complex integrations, intricate data conversions, and the development of critical reporting enhancements. Your partnership with technical resources will be key to bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- • Your involvement will extend to supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and production deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition for all users. Post-deployment, you will be crucial in assisting with issue resolution, conducting thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. This includes providing expert functional guidance during system upgrades or significant enhancements, ensuring that the Oracle EBS environment remains optimized and aligned with evolving agency needs. Success in this role means contributing to seamless G-Invoicing integration, ensuring accurate and compliant interagency transaction processing, maintaining clear documentation with strong audit traceability, and fostering effective collaboration across finance, technical, and compliance teams. Your work will directly impact the financial operations and reporting accuracy of federal entities, making this a highly impactful and rewarding position.
- • This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a challenging yet rewarding environment, contributing to the backbone of federal financial management. Your expertise will be highly valued as you help shape and maintain the financial systems that underpin critical government functions. We are looking for someone who can not only execute tasks but also provide strategic insights and drive best practices within the Oracle EBS ecosystem, ensuring our federal clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your ability to navigate complex federal regulations and translate them into functional system requirements will be a cornerstone of your success. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where your contributions are recognized and where you can grow your career alongside a dedicated team of professionals. The remote nature of this position offers flexibility while maintaining the high standards of performance and engagement expected for this critical role. Your commitment to excellence and your passion for federal financial systems will be key drivers of your impact and our collective success. We believe in empowering our team members with the resources and support they need to excel, making this an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant difference.
