đź“‹ Description

  • • Qodeworld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting cutting-edge Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for a diverse range of clients. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be instrumental in helping organizations optimize their HR processes through the effective utilization of Oracle's powerful HCM suite.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients, delving deep into their unique business requirements and HR challenges. You will then translate these insights into robust, tailored Oracle HCM solutions. This involves a comprehensive understanding of HR business processes, from core HR functions to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in these areas and demonstrable experience with either Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • • Key responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle. You will lead the gathering and meticulous analysis of client business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their current HR landscape and future aspirations. Based on this analysis, you will design and configure Oracle HCM modules to precisely meet these identified needs. This includes hands-on configuration of various modules such as Core HR, Talent Management (including Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession Planning), Compensation, and Benefits.
  • • The implementation phase will see you actively involved in setting up and rigorously testing the configured Oracle HCM solutions. A critical aspect of your role will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, empowering them to effectively leverage the new system. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise post-implementation, ensuring seamless operation of the Oracle HCM environment.
  • • Documentation is paramount in our consulting methodology. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all Oracle HCM configurations, processes, and user guides. This ensures knowledge transfer, facilitates future enhancements, and supports ongoing system maintenance.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with fellow consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for addressing complex challenges and delivering integrated solutions.
  • • Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged. You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM releases, new features, and industry best practices. This commitment to staying current ensures our clients benefit from the most advanced solutions available.
  • • You will also participate actively in project planning and estimation activities, contributing your expertise to scope definition and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will play a role in developing and refining our internal best practices and methodologies for Oracle HCM implementations, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our practice.
  • • This role demands immediate availability and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • • This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to impactful Oracle HCM projects. We offer a competitive remuneration package and a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. The position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, requiring full-time onsite presence. Candidates must possess the legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and a commitment to excellence in the Oracle HCM domain. Your contributions will be vital to the continuous improvement and expansion of our Oracle HCM practice, offering a great platform to enhance your expertise and work with a diverse clientele.
