- • The Order Management Senior Analyst at Fivetran plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of the company’s Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, directly supporting revenue recognition, SOX compliance, and public company readiness by owning global order validation and process excellence.
- • This role leads end-to-end order management operations, including final review and movement of opportunities to closed/won in Salesforce, validation of order completeness and compliance with bookings policy and revenue recognition standards, and serving as the primary liaison between Sales, Deal Desk, Product, and Revenue Accounting teams to resolve booking blockers and ensure timely deal closure.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and managing order data flows across Salesforce, the Product platform, and NetSuite via Celigo to maintain data integrity and identify sync issues; leading root cause analysis of order exceptions; proposing and documenting process improvements; building and reporting on key booking metrics (SLAs, error rates, rework volume, exception trends); directly hiring, mentoring, and managing an India-based Order Management Analyst; and supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, including audit preparation and execution.
- • The role involves close collaboration with Systems Engineering, Product, and IT teams on automation initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements, to drive operational efficiency and scalability as Fivetran scales toward continued growth and public market readiness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, or Billing functions.
- • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite; experience with order sync tools (e.g., Celigo) strongly preferred.
- • Proven ability to work across functions, resolve issues independently, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- • Strong understanding of bookings policies, revenue recognition principles, and SOX control frameworks.
- • Experience leading or mentoring global teams; able to prioritize and communicate across time zones.
- • Analytical mindset with a process improvement focus and comfort using dashboards and reports.
- • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
