- • The Order Management Specialist at Flock Safety plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely resolution of billing and order-related issues, directly supporting the company’s mission to scale its public-private safety network by maintaining financial integrity and customer trust.
- • Day to day, the specialist manages a dedicated queue of order audits, acts as the primary point of contact for customer and internal stakeholder inquiries, resolves billing discrepancies, performs customer reconciliations using Excel and Google Sheets, collaborates cross-functionally to streamline processes, and escalates issues through appropriate channels to meet SLAs and collections goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in billing operations and accounts receivable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and manipulate datasets in Excel and Google Sheets, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- • Experience managing escalated customer matters with professionalism and tact
- • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- • Proven experience with Salesforce is a plus
