📋 Description

• • As an Organic Growth Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will build and grow the company's authentic presence across key platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—where real conversations about car ownership happen—by developing community-specific engagement strategies that foster trust and long-term brand affinity.
• • Day to day, you will create and execute content and engagement plans tailored to each platform, monitor and participate in community discussions, grow Jerry’s subreddits into active hubs, collaborate with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency, and measure impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.
