📋 Description

• • Lead the development and execution of Jerry’s organic growth strategy across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok — platforms where customers actively discuss car insurance, repairs, and ownership challenges
• • Craft and implement community-specific playbooks defining when to post, when to engage, and when to remain silent to maintain authenticity and trust in each platform’s culture
• • Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities by fostering genuine conversations, responding thoughtfully to user concerns, and elevating user-generated content
• • Design and scale a content and engagement strategy that balances volume with authenticity, using AI tools to augment — not replace — human insight and tone
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and seamless handoffs between channels
• • Track and analyze key organic growth metrics including sentiment trends, share of voice, referral traffic from community platforms, and LLM citations of Jerry content
• • Position Jerry as a credible, human voice in high-stakes, regulated spaces like car insurance and personal finance, transforming stressful or “boring” topics into relatable, engaging discussions
• • Monitor emerging trends and platform algorithm changes across social communities to adapt strategy proactively and maintain relevance
• • Respond to user questions and complaints in real time with empathy, accuracy, and brand-aligned language that builds loyalty without sounding corporate or scripted
• • Leverage deep understanding of platform norms to avoid missteps in community moderation, ensuring Jerry’s presence is welcomed, not flagged or shadowbanned
• • Identify content opportunities based on real user queries found in Reddit threads, Quora answers, and TikTok comments to inform product and content development
• • Maintain a library of high-performing responses, tone guidelines, and engagement templates that evolve with community feedback and platform updates
• • Work closely with data teams to tie organic engagement metrics to downstream business outcomes such as app downloads, retention, and customer acquisition cost reduction
• • Represent Jerry in user-facing spaces with transparency, humility, and a refusal to use marketing jargon — prioritizing real value over promotional content
• • Build long-term trust by consistently showing up as a helpful participant rather than a brand promoter, even when it means admitting limitations or deferring to user expertise
• • Advocate for user needs within the organization by surfacing unfiltered feedback from communities to product, engineering, and customer support teams
• • Stay updated on regulatory changes in fintech and insurtech that impact how Jerry can communicate on public forums
