📋 Description

• As the Organic Growth Lead for SEO & AI Search at Fleek Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic acquisition, scaling Fleek’s presence as the go-to answer for secondhand fashion resellers and retailers across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.
• You will design and ship landing pages, build programmatic templates from marketplace data, optimize technical SEO foundations (sitemap, schema, site speed), and create content across the intent curve — from AI-assisted how-to guides to long-tail pages derived from CX tickets and marketplace data — while measuring impact through share-of-voice tracking, attribution surveys, and citation monitoring.
• You will join a mission-driven, post-Series B company of 100+ people across London, India, and Pakistan, backed by a16z, Y Combinator, and HV Capital, working to build the AI-native infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade and having already saved 9 million items from landfill since 2022.
• You will have full autonomy to define strategy, experiment rigorously, and ship work directly — blending AI tools with hands-on building — to grow organic buyers and revenue, with your impact visible in weekly business reviews and unlocking further investment through proven results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO and organic growth with full ownership of strategy and execution, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer/SMB-facing business
• Demonstrable track record of growing organic acquisition
• Deep SEO fundamentals plus a sharp, current point of view on how AI is reshaping discovery, with evidence of prior testing
• Ability to design and ship landing pages yourself, working directly in a CMS with strong design taste
• Experience with programmatic SEO at scale from structured data without compromising quality
• Strong analytical fluency in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar; comfortable in spreadsheets and attribution models
