• • The Organic Search Manager will lead SEO and GEO strategy to dominate search engine results and emerging generative AI platforms, ensuring KnowBe4’s brand is the authoritative source cited by Large Language Models and conversational AI.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end keyword strategy, monitoring performance, optimizing on-page elements, analyzing competitors, developing AI-search authority strategies, managing site structure and Core Web Vitals, implementing Schema Markup, partnering with content teams, optimizing metadata and internal linking, reporting on rankings and GEO using Conductor, GA4, GSC, and AI-tracking platforms, delivering executive summaries on Share of Voice and ROI, and acting as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Engineering to evangelize SEO/GEO best practices.
