- • Build and execute Alan's organic social media strategy internationally to establish the brand as the leading health reference on social platforms, defining voice, driving health conversations, and scaling content through AI-powered systems.
- • Define platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams; align with country teams on editorial pillars; and establish measurement frameworks using UTM tracking, audience insights, and social listening.
- • Own and execute France-specific organic social media execution, including educational content, product storytelling, employer branding, and community engagement, ensuring global consistency with local relevance.
- • Design and operate an AI-driven content production pipeline using LLMs, image generation, and video automation to scale output from subject-matter experts across product, medical, and growth teams.
- • Reactivate and grow communities on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through proactive engagement and social-first content.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to build a platform-specific organic social media strategy from scratch, including objective setting, platform prioritization, editorial planning, and data-driven adaptation.
- • Strong editorial judgment to determine what, how, and where Alan should communicate on social media, enabling fast, autonomous decision-making.
- • Hands-on experience producing social-first content across formats (short video, carousel, static, copy-led posts), both manually and via AI-assisted workflows.
- • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and the ability to design agentic pipelines for scalable, automated content production.
- • Skill in interpreting social analytics and converting insights into actionable editorial decisions, including building simple, rigorous reporting frameworks.
- • Native-level French (written and spoken) and fluent English; Spanish or Dutch is a plus due to Alan’s presence in Spain and Belgium.
