Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • CloudLinux Inc., a global remote-first company operating under the TuxCare brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Coach to join its growing Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) department. This pivotal role is designed to guide the ELS team through a significant transformation towards embracing AI-driven workflows and modernizing its operational processes. As the company integrates advanced AI tooling into its development and security operations, this coach will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth, effective, and deliberate transition, maintaining the high delivery standards that TuxCare is known for.
- • The ELS department is at the forefront of providing security solutions for Linux and open-source software, enabling enterprise organizations to manage end-of-life distributions safely and compliantly. This involves automating live vulnerability patching, minimizing downtime, and ensuring applications remain secure. The team operates in a technically demanding environment with tight CVE response timelines, a broad codebase, and high delivery expectations. The department is currently undergoing substantial growth and evolution, marked by the formation of new teams, the introduction of new products, and the proactive integration of AI-assisted tools across various workflows, including vulnerability analysis, code review, and release management.
- • This role is born out of the necessity to proactively manage the profound changes occurring within the department. The Organizational Change Coach will act as a catalyst, identifying sources of friction, redesigning processes that may no longer be optimal for the current reality, and empowering teams to adapt without compromising their established delivery discipline and reliability. The coach will work closely with product owners and team leads, providing expert guidance on maintaining backlog health, enforcing prioritization discipline, and effectively managing scope in an environment characterized by rapid change.
- • A key responsibility will be to help teams sustain flow and predictability, even as priorities shift frequently. This involves developing strategies and fostering an environment where teams can adapt to evolving demands without sacrificing momentum or output quality. The coach will also play a crucial role in supporting teams as they evaluate, adopt, and integrate new tools, particularly AI-assisted technologies. The emphasis will be on deliberate adoption, ensuring that these tools enhance rather than disrupt existing workflows, and that teams understand the 'why' behind their integration.
- • By observing team dynamics and project interdependencies, the coach will identify systemic patterns and potential bottlenecks that might be invisible to individual teams. This involves bringing together the relevant stakeholders and team members to collaboratively resolve these cross-team or strategic issues. The goal is to foster smarter coordination, not by introducing additional process overhead, but by optimizing the effectiveness of existing structures and communication channels.
- • As AI-driven workflows become more prevalent, the coach will guide teams in adapting their processes accordingly. This includes identifying how automation impacts team responsibilities, recognizing new risks that may emerge, and rethinking existing coordination mechanisms to align with the new technological landscape. The coach will also champion a culture of experimentation, creating safe spaces for teams to explore new approaches, defining clear metrics for success, evaluating the outcomes of these experiments, and integrating successful practices into the department's standard operating procedures.
- • The role requires a deep understanding of the product and its context, coupled with the seniority to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders on strategic matters. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses strong coaching and facilitation skills, and has a passion for driving positive organizational change through a blend of technical understanding and human-centered approaches. The coach will be a key enabler of the ELS department's continued success and evolution in the age of AI.
