- • As an Outbound & AI Visibility Growth Specialist (AEO + SEO) at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in making the company discoverable across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, directly impacting growth and market visibility.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and community outreach; building visibility through SEO content and optimization; experimenting with AEO strategies to get featured in AI tools; securing earned media placements in press, blogs, and thought-leadership outlets; and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to test and refine messaging.
- • You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first team at Hire Hangar, working with global clients to build scalable growth systems while advancing your own long-term career in growth marketing and AI-augmented outreach.
- • This role offers the opportunity to master cutting-edge growth tactics at the intersection of outbound sales, SEO, and AI visibility, enabling you to develop a unique skill set in GTM experimentation, automation, and cross-channel audience acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–4 years of experience in growth, outbound, or lead generation roles, or equivalent founder/operator experience
- • Proven track record executing cold outreach and SEO campaigns
- • Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis or automation
- • Familiarity with growth tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or SEMrush
- • Curiosity and hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or LLMs for visibility purposes
- • A scrappy, builder mindset — comfortable creating processes from scratch without relying on existing playbooks
