  • • This pivotal role of Senior Growth Operations is designed to build and manage our outbound sales engine, overseeing the entire process from initial lead generation through to securing booked discovery calls. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our outbound strategy.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the complete outbound operational chain. This includes meticulously sourcing and enriching leads, ensuring the integrity and cleanliness of data pushed to our CRM, enabling efficient outbound execution through tools like Outreach/Lemlist, and rigorously tracking results. Crucially, you will establish a feedback loop to inform and refine the sales teams' prospecting strategies, ensuring they are equipped with the best approaches.
  • • This position is a dynamic blend of technical lead generation and Growth Operations, focusing on data sourcing, database management, enrichment processes, data governance, CRM integration, and automation. Simultaneously, it involves Sales Operations and Outbound Operations, where you will contribute to strategy development, campaign execution, sequence management, and overall enablement to drive conversion rates.
  • • You will operate at the critical intersection of data, tooling, process, and sales execution. Your primary objective is to ensure our lead database and outbound machine are not only clean and efficient but also highly measurable, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • • Initially, you will temporarily assume a broader scope of the existing 'technical lead ops' responsibilities to cover for a colleague on parental leave. Following this period, you will collaborate closely with the existing team to define and share responsibilities, fostering a cohesive and effective operational unit.
  • • Your role will involve defining the future roadmap for lead generation initiatives, articulating their strategic importance, and establishing clear measurement frameworks. You will translate Go-To-Market (GTM) needs into tangible projects, prioritize these initiatives, and take ownership of their successful execution.
  • • You will co-own the lead generation data lake, specifically within Snowflake, managing company and contact data operations. This includes defining data fields, establishing formatting rules, implementing deduplication logic, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and continuous monitoring of data health.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing enrichment tools. This involves defining enrichment rules, monitoring data coverage and accuracy over time, and proactively implementing enhancements to ensure high-quality data.
  • • You will also manage a significant portion of the prospecting tech stack, leveraging SQL, low-code solutions, and AI to ensure scalability and efficiency. This includes managing CRM integrations and outbound tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Lemlist.
  • • You will play a key role in supporting Sales teams in executing their outbound prospecting strategies by developing robust processes and coordinating the creation and maintenance of outbound campaigns.
  • • You will define clear guidelines and drive the adoption of our prospecting tools, empowering our sales teams to maximize their effectiveness.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to build dashboards and conduct analyses to track funnel conversion rates, identify drop-off points, measure time-to-next-step latency, evaluate sequence performance (reply rates, meeting booked, positive signals), and monitor data quality metrics.
  • • You will utilize these insights to pinpoint bottlenecks within the sales funnel and propose data-driven experiments and changes aimed at increasing discovery call conversion rates.
  • • Establishing a structured feedback loop with Sales Leads will be essential. This involves collecting qualitative signals from the sales floor and translating them into actionable initiatives for process and tool improvement.
