- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, directly contributing to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment for businesses of all sizes.
- • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects, conduct outbound outreach via cold calls and emails, qualify leads, book appointments for Account Executives, communicate Remote’s value proposition, research target accounts, and support the sales team in advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team at Remote Technologies Inc., a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to simplify international hiring, payroll, and compliance, guided by core values of innovation, autonomy, and inclusivity.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales techniques, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, master CRM and sales intelligence tools, and build a foundation for career growth into Account Executive or sales leadership positions within a high-performing, async-first organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Fluent written and spoken English and German
- • Strong communication skills with excellent listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a diligent work ethic and ability to handle rejection while maintaining urgency toward goals
- • Strategic and tactical thinking with a track record of creating target account lists and penetrating key accounts
