- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will drive Remote’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in German-speaking markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of simplifying global employment compliance.
- • Day to day, you will source and research target accounts, conduct cold calls and outreach via email and LinkedIn, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and support the sales team by educating prospects on Remote’s value proposition.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team at Remote, a company operating across 6 continents with a mission to enable compliant international hiring, pay, and team management for businesses of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales skills, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, and gain experience using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo while building a foundation for career growth into Account Executive or sales leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Fluent written and spoken English and German
- • Strong communication skills, including persuasive speaking, active listening, and energetic phone presence
- • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and maintaining urgency toward goals
- • Ability to handle rejection resiliently and think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
