  • • As an Outcomes Manager at Kaplan, you will be at the forefront of demonstrating the tangible impact and value of our accredited medical education programs. This pivotal role involves the meticulous establishment, tracking, and reporting of outcomes that showcase advancements in knowledge, changes in competency, and ultimately, improvements in practice or performance resulting from participation in our educational activities.
  • • You will be instrumental in translating complex data into compelling narratives, employing 'Data Storytelling' techniques to highlight the unique strengths and differentiating factors of Kaplan's platform and systems. Your ability to communicate insights clearly and succinctly will be crucial in conveying the effectiveness of our programs to various stakeholders.
  • • This position requires a deep understanding of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) outcomes standards, such as those outlined in the Outcomes Standardization Project. You will leverage this knowledge to ensure our reporting meets and exceeds industry benchmarks.
  • • A core responsibility will be the application of statistical analysis to understand learner behaviors, segment audiences, and interpret results. This analytical rigor will underpin the evidence-based reporting of program effectiveness.
  • • You will collaborate closely with business development teams and clinical leads from the initial stages of grant proposals, contributing to the creation of robust and effective outcomes plans that align with funding requirements and strategic objectives.
  • • Throughout the lifecycle of approved grants, you will be responsible for the diligent tracking and comprehensive analysis of all associated outcomes data. This includes monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends that inform program adjustments and future development.
  • • A significant aspect of the role involves interpreting the collected data and developing a range of reports, including monthly updates, interim analyses, and final comprehensive outcomes reports. This will be done in close collaboration with program managers and clinical directors, ensuring a unified and accurate representation of program impact.
  • • You will play a key role in developing and refining internal resources, capabilities, processes, and procedures. This includes establishing best practices for assessing, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of continuing education activities specifically designed for healthcare professionals.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest innovations and methodologies in demonstrating the value of educational programming is essential. You will proactively research and integrate new approaches to outcomes measurement and reporting, ensuring Kaplan remains a leader in the field.
  • • Ensuring that all activity files contain the necessary retention documentation is a critical compliance function of this role, maintaining the integrity and completeness of our program records.
  • • The Outcomes Manager will act as a bridge between data and actionable insights, providing the evidence needed to support program success, secure future funding, and enhance the overall educational experience for healthcare professionals.
  • • This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring all reporting and analytical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
