  • • The Paid Ads Manager at John Wiley & Sons, Inc. is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue across Wiley’s Audience Solutions portfolio, with a focus on reducing reliance on third-party paid reach by growing owned audience assets like YouTube subscribers and retargeting audiences.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and executing paid ads campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and Bing; managing budgets; monitoring performance; optimizing for cost-efficiency and revenue targets; maintaining UTM tracking standards; analyzing campaign performance; producing insights on CPA, CTR, and ROI; supporting YouTube content distribution and retargeting; troubleshooting platform issues; contributing to automated reporting dashboards; and supporting strategic audience growth initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience managing paid ads campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google ads
  • • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI
  • • Experience with campaign budget management and performance optimization
  • • Knowledge of UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and digital attribution principles
  • • Experience using analytics and reporting tools
  • • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • • Clear written communication skills for reporting, recommendations, and documentation
  • • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting campaigns or platform issues
