- • As a Paid Digital Marketing Manager at Stripe, you will drive paid digital marketing efforts to support the inbound funnel, generate demand, and engage key user segments through scaled digital campaigns.
- • You will design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across channels, manage testing agendas and media plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product marketing, design, and regional teams to align on audience targeting and campaign performance.
- • You will report on campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, reallocate spend for greater value, and proactively identify and remedy weaknesses in the paid program.
- • You will partner with stakeholders to ensure the right users are reached and contribute to building a best-in-class paid program grounded in user experience and data-driven optimization.
- • You will work within Stripe’s Growth Marketing team, a performance-driven group focused on accelerating revenue through self-serve and sales motions across all company segments and offerings globally.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B paid digital marketing, attribution, incrementality, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of work experience
- • 5+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social/display and direct response
- • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices (targeting, ad formats, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)
- • Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from data
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams, including those not expert in paid media
