- • As a Paid Media Director at Jellyfish, you will lead and elevate the performance of the global Paid Search team within a prestigious digital marketing agency recognized as Google’s global partner, driving strategic impact for some of the world’s biggest brands through innovative, data-driven media activation.
- • You will oversee a diverse portfolio of paid media campaigns across Search, Programmatic, Social, Connected TV (CTV), and Digital Out of Home (DOOH), ensuring campaigns exceed client expectations by providing expert guidance, maintaining brand-aligned reporting standards, and fostering collaboration with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- • You will nurture strong, ethical relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers while upholding Jellyfish’s brand integrity, promoting a culture of openness, direct feedback, and continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.
- • You will take ownership of team development by creating personalized training plans, conducting regular feedback sessions, setting performance benchmarks, and modeling exemplary behavior to ensure the paid media team operates in alignment with Jellyfish’s business procedures and growth-oriented mindset.
- • You will stay at the forefront of the evolving digital landscape by monitoring emerging formats, technical innovations, and industry trends, ensuring Jellyfish remains competitive and innovative in its media offerings while supporting a flexible, inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and professional growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management, including hands-on expertise in Paid Search, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Google Ads.
- • Industry-recognized certifications in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics, along with proven proficiency in Google Suite tools and technologies used to manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including setting performance expectations, providing regular feedback, creating individual development plans, and collaborating with senior leaders (Directors and VPs) to achieve team goals.
- • Strong English communication skills, structured work habits, and the ability to prioritize tasks amid competing demands while maintaining ethical standards, process improvement focus, and a client-centric, growth-oriented mindset.
- • Proven experience collaborating across local and international teams, managing client-facing reports and presentations to brand standards, and driving continuous improvement in team practices, relationships, and methodologies.
