  • • Lead end-to-end paid social media strategy for Vocal Media’s portfolio of issue-advocacy and creator-driven campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization across platforms.
  • • Perform hands-on media buying for digital ad placements, managing budgets and allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • • Design and implement full-funnel media campaigns that align with business objectives, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • • Collaborate closely with creative, product, and program teams to integrate high-performing creative assets into paid media strategies and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • • Actively monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media performance using platform-specific analytics tools and reporting dashboards to inform real-time adjustments and long-term strategy.
  • • Support Vocal’s Experimentation vertical by helping to test, launch, and scale new product offerings through innovative paid media approaches and pilot campaigns.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting capabilities, and industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • • Translate campaign objectives into clear media plans with defined KPIs, audience segments, and budget allocations, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • • Work cross-functionally with content creators, marketers, and data analysts to align paid media efforts with broader brand messaging and audience engagement goals.
  • • Document and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of media strategies.
  • • Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, ensuring both high-level campaign frameworks and granular ad optimizations are consistently delivered.
  • • Prioritize efficiency and scalability in media operations while maintaining a strong focus on ethical advertising practices and audience integrity.
  • • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities within Vocal’s fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing full-funnel paid social media campaigns with hands-on media buying responsibilities
  • • Demonstrated expertise in digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads)
  • • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns using quantitative metrics
  • • Experience working with creator-driven or issue-advocacy campaigns
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, product, and data teams
  • • Track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media budgets
