📋 Description
- • Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as a Paid Media Manager – Performance Marketing for a US-based wellness brand.
- • Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube, including daily performance monitoring, bid strategy adjustments, audience refinements, budget reallocations, and creative testing.
- • Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CAC and new customer ROAS, and analyze in-platform data against back-end sales for attribution accuracy.
- • Collaborate with creative and data teams to brief, evaluate, and optimize ad creatives, rebuild and scale Google Ads Search campaigns, support Merchant Center approval, and maintain performance dashboards while ensuring platform compliance in a regulated industry.
- • Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to the Head of Paid Media in a fast-paced, autonomous, remote-first environment requiring strong analytical rigor and structured experimentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated hands-on experience owning and managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven success in driving new customer acquisition and improving CAC and ROAS.
- • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- • Strong experimental mindset with experience designing, executing, and documenting structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between platform data and back-end sales data to ensure reporting integrity.
- • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a lean, remote team environment with prior remote work experience and fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- • Strong written and spoken English with professional communication skills; must have worked with US or UK-based companies.
