• • As a Paid Media Marketer – E-Commerce at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will drive measurable growth by building, scaling, and optimizing high-impact paid advertising campaigns across TikTok and Meta platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop and e-commerce performance.
• • Day to day, you will plan and manage TikTok and Meta ad campaigns, set up and scale TikTok Shop initiatives, develop and test ad creatives with UGC-style content, monitor budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC, conduct A/B tests on creatives and audiences, analyze performance data to generate insights and reports, stay updated on platform algorithm changes and e-commerce trends, and collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on promotional calendars and product launches.
