đź“‹ Description

  • • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimising high-impact Google Ads campaigns for our diverse clientele, primarily within the healthcare, wellness, and other regulated industries. Your expertise will directly contribute to driving measurable results and achieving client objectives through performance-driven strategies.
  • • This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that demands precision in budget management, strategic campaign development, and a keen understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly concerning therapeutic goods marketing. You will be entrusted with the full campaign lifecycle, from initial conceptualisation and meticulous planning through to successful launch, continuous optimisation, and comprehensive reporting. The scope of your responsibility will involve managing substantial monthly media spends, ranging from $10,000 to $250,000, across various platforms and international markets.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the strategic planning, meticulous build, successful launch, and ongoing optimisation of Google Ads campaigns. This includes leveraging a variety of Google Ads formats such as Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen to achieve optimal reach and conversion rates.
  • • In addition to your primary focus on Google Ads, you will also manage and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns as a secondary, yet crucial, channel. This involves developing effective audience strategies, implementing rigorous creative testing protocols, and continuously optimising campaign performance to maximise return on ad spend.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the adept allocation and management of monthly media budgets, which can range from $10,000 to $250,000. You will be responsible for distributing these budgets effectively across multiple accounts, diverse platforms, and key international markets, including Australia (AU), the United States (US), and New Zealand (NZ).
  • • You will be tasked with developing sophisticated bidding strategies tailored to specific campaign goals, implementing precise audience segmentation techniques to reach the most relevant potential customers, conducting thorough ad copy testing to identify high-performing creatives, and providing actionable landing page recommendations to enhance the overall conversion funnel.
  • • A critical component of this role is ensuring that all campaigns strictly adhere to Google's stringent advertising policies, particularly concerning therapeutic goods. Where applicable, you will also need to ensure compliance with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) advertising guidelines, demonstrating a deep commitment to ethical and regulatory best practices.
  • • You must possess the agility to monitor campaign performance closely and adapt strategies swiftly in response to any changes in regulatory frameworks or platform policy updates, ensuring continuous compliance and campaign effectiveness.
  • • Delivering clear, concise, and actionable performance reports to both internal stakeholders and external clients will be a key deliverable. Your reports should effectively translate complex campaign data into understandable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our talented creative, content, and web development teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for optimising the entire conversion funnel, from initial ad engagement through to final conversion.
  • • Continuous learning and development are paramount. You are expected to stay abreast of the latest Google Ads platform changes, explore new beta features, and integrate emerging best practices into your campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • • The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, possesses a strong compliance-conscious mindset, and demonstrates a commercially astute approach where every media dollar is maximised for impact. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to articulate campaign performance and strategic nuances to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Furthermore, you must be a self-directed, proactive individual, comfortable and effective working across different time zones to support our AU, US, and NZ markets.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on international campaigns within a high-impact capacity, contributing directly to the success of clients in sensitive and regulated industries. You will be part of a collaborative team that highly values expertise, fosters autonomy, and is driven by tangible results.
